ANNA M. TOLIN

Anna TolinAnna M. Tolin earned her law degree from the Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York, J.D. 1992. She received her B.A. in English with distinction from the University of Washington in 1989. Anna has eighteen years of legal experience in both private practice and the public sector. She was previously a partner at the Seattle law firms of Tolin & Victoria, LLP and Siderius, Lonergan & Martin, LLP.  Anna also worked for the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Washington, the Mount Vernon Public Defender, and the former law firm of Culp, Guterson & Grader in Seattle.

In addition to representing clients, Anna is active in lecturing, teaching and writing on a variety of legal issues. She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, serves on the Board of Governors for the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where she is President Elect of the organization, and is proud to be a volunteer attorney and supporter of the Innocence Project Northwest. Anna is admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She currently serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Western District of Washington.

Renee EskenaziBridget C. Tipton has spent most of her life in the Seattle area. She graduated from Seattle Preparatory School and earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington. Her background includes a broad range of administrative experience supporting medical offices and an international nonprofit organization, and working as a commercial real estate appraiser in the Puget Sound area. Bridget’s prior legal experience includes work at the legal investigation firm of C.D. Beck & Associates and the law firm of Tolin & Victoria, LLP.

At the Tolin Law Firm, Bridget provides paralegal services on state and federal criminal investigations, trials and appeals. She is trained to assist with case management, research and investigation, witness interviews, public records requests, preparation and filing of legal pleadings, coordinating complex document management systems, and assistance with witness and trial preparation. As an integral part of our legal team, Bridget coordinates necessary support services for clients and ensures they are kept informed about their case status.
